"Réalisation" is a bit redundant (e.g 'in the example shown in Fig. 9'), but patentese is no stranger to redundancy. Patentese being itself an odd subset of language, "realisation" would not necessarily be out of place, though "representative example" would work. And of course "perçage" not "perquage".
