Eu acho que é possível já que nem sempre a tradução tem que ser ao pé da letra, e sim trazer o sentido da frase original, assim parece estar ótimo.

Walter, eu acho que a tradução poderia ser esta: "Veja, sabe, alguns homens não são nada complicados, alguns desgraçados estão sempre tirando vantagem, roubando seus salários dos seus patrões". Pois o marido da garota está preso e acho que o policial está se referindo ao marido dela. É apenas um chute. O que você acha?

No problem! You can say something like: There's a ton of small-time criminals (or bitches/assholes if it works the same way it would in English) around. They're always trying to take advantage of their bosses. That way you've got both contexts in there.

That's why I think that this translator's version is not bad at all. I've been racking my brain trying to understand what this actor is saying. His diction is awful and it's very hard to understand what he's saying. Well, once again, thanks a lot for helping me out on this.

"Bitches" would refer to people that are small-time (insignificant); not worth one's time. They're either going against their boss and not giving them a percentage of the profit, or they're extorting money from their boss. Whatever makes sense in the context of what her husband is in jail for.

Hi Katya! Yes, I think he's talking about her husband. In one subtitle the translator translated this line like this: "There are so many insignificant black guys taking risks and robbing their own boss." What do you think? Would it make sense this interpretation of this line?

Hi Daniel, would it make sense if "bitch" is just a derogatory word aimed at her husband (like little bitch)? It would refer to him having robbed someone of their cut of the profit.

Something like:

Hi Katya! I really didn't understand this line! I think that the policeman is talking about the girl's husband who is in jail. This line is really difficult. There are quite a few subtitles and they skipped this line, because the translator didn't understand what the policeman meant. I posted the link with the whole film. É como eu disse, não assisti o filme, mas me parece ser isso.

Veja, sabe, alguns homens não são complexos, algumas vadias "estão" sempre brigando(jogando talvez), roubando seus salários de seu(s) chefe(s).

Playing off nesse pouco contexto, acredito que tenha o sentido de contrariar algo ou agir numa perspectiva diferente a fim de obter uma vantagem.
