Adventure Park
From a description of a treetop/aerial adventure park:
There are 9 "parcours" as well as obstacle courses and my guess is that an "atelier" is a structure/object that you climb as you go through the obstacle course/adventure trail.
These are by no means "workshops" in this particular context. Any ideas of what they could be called in English?

This is the commonly used term in many ropes courses' promotional texts, as you will find below:

(in addition to the URLS already cited.)
That being said, there are some other good suggestions on this thread, as well. I just wanted to clarify this is commonly used in promotional materials.

obstacles
Checked a number of sites and everything points to these being "obstacles" in English. Looks like the French use "obstacle" too so it would be nice if a French native speaker could confirm that we have synonyms as I believe (or not)

challenges
It's tricky: when you look on the park's website (see writeaway's link), it also says "ateliers et animations pour enfants" which does sound like workshops.
But the number 123 makes it sound more like they're linked to the various trails etc. So I'm thinking "challenges" could work as it's ambiguous enough to cover different options. I can imagine them being themed challenges, like in Cyril's link.

I do think that 'challenges' is a great suggestion, but wanted to put this option forward as I had seen it used extensively as a way of referring to the various components on watersports obstacle 'courses'.

Post-grading suggestion - crossings
Too late, of course, but this would have been my suggestion, based on French definitions and comparable English usage.
I think challenges is also a good solution, while elements is rather tame for marketing material and obstacles is maybe ever so slightly different.
Ateliers
http://www.moniteurs-herault.fr/lexique.html

https://torpille.ch/listing/accrobranche-du-dahu/

7.5 Crossings
7.5.1 Various crossings of different lengths span the gaps between the tree top platforms and allow participants to make their way around the course. These crossings are constructed of timber, wire cable and/or rope, all materials that blend in with the natural surroundings of the course. Crossings are replaced and refreshed throughout the life of the course.

Combine your family’s skills of balance, strength and quick footing to reach the end of this collection of crazy crossings - one of the many fun-filled offerings at the Thetford site. Tarzan Swings, Stepping Stones, zip wires and a multitude of devilish challenges await you.

The Adventure Park at West Bloomfield is one of only about 60 of its kind in The United States and the second in the State of Michigan, following last year's opening of Outdoor Ventures' The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth. Both parks feature tree platforms at different heights positioned throughout the forest and connected by "crossings" that may be either challenge bridges or zip lines that climbers navigate, going from platform to platform. A series of crossings is known as a "treetop trail."

A new Tree Top Adventure in the centre of London...
Go Ape, the award winning high wire tree top adventure company, have recently opened their 29th site in the UK in London’s Battersea Park. This is the first location to open away from its traditional forest setting and within a city location - with the highest obstacle crossings double the height (highest point is 12 metres above ground) of most Go Ape courses, and many are twice as long as usual.
Tackle and negotiate more than 40 different crossings between 17 "trees" including a 50 metre zip wire.
https://urbanologie.com/article/3058-go-ape-at-battersea-par...
… and before you is an obstacle course of 30 tree top challenges.
Aberfoyle Go Ape
is one of Go Ape’s most popular courses, not only does it have some of the UK’s 2 longest zip wires, but you will be tackling 30 crossings, Tarzan swings, Japanese Bridges, Button Crossings, Tight Ropes, Tunnels, Balance Beams, Spider Webs, Zig Zag Crossings, Tibetan and Chantemell Bridges, Log swings, Goat crossings, Railway tracks, the Bosun Chair and all this happens in the canopy of The Loch Achray Forest!
Course Statistics:
• 1171m of Crossings & zips
• Longest zipwire is 426m long
• 30 different crossings
• Highest part of course is 22m
• Longest Crossing is 11.5m

Experience the natural world in an exciting new way at – The Adventure Park at Virginia Aquarium. Kids (age 5+), teens, adults and groups can “take to the trees” above the Aquarium’s Nature Paths and across Owls Creek on one of our many “treetop trails” with thrilling “crossings” between tree platforms.
Suitable challenges for beginners through advanced climbers. The self-guided trails do not require previous climbing experience. After receiving a harness and a safety briefing, each climber selects a trail at their comfort level and then navigates its different “crossings” or “elements” moving from tree platform to tree platform.
