Avendo come contesto solo "Engineering (general)", il testo mi sembra assai enigmatico. Se Lei potesse fornire qualcosina in più in merito al contesto o al testo che ne viene prima o dopo, immagino che qualcuno sarebbe in grado di tentare una traduzione almeno provvisoria.
