a) the document is a sentencia from Colombia in the Justicia de Paz and b) this is a footnote that appears throughout, and c) the only sentence I have is the one I posted! thanks, I found everyone's answers to be helpful.

Asker Could I make a general remark please. I've noticed you are giving very little context with your questions. The KudoZ rules and guidance ask you to do this. It's difficult for others to get a handle otherwise. If you a) say what your document is b) give a little background, and c) post at least one sentence containing your term, more colleagues are likely to help you and you will get better suggestions.
