this word actually doesn't exist but "comodo" would be the closest. When it's said alone like "hot water comfort", "comodidad" would be better as in "comodidad de agua caliente" (even tough it's not sure regarding the word doesn't exist). But when it's linked to the mode, "comfort mode" it would be better to say "modo comodo" (still not entirely sure but would be the closest).
