English term

Orderly rows

English to Arabic Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy
Different seating arrangements
In many classrooms around the world students sit in orderly rows. Sometimes, their chairs have little wooden palettes on one of the arms to provide a surface to write on. Sometimes, the students will have desks in front of them.

Indeed, I submitted my translation as a suggestion due to the simplicity of the term, which I assumed doesn't require a thorough explanation.
However, I have found a definition of the term, which reads as follows:

Orderly rows: In orderly rows seating arrangement, both teacher and students can see each other clearly and can have eye contacts. Maintaining discipline is easier in this seating arrangement. Teacher can also walk up and down if there is an aisle and can have personal interaction with the students. This type of arrangement is suitable for watching a video, using the board, explaining a grammar point, demonstrating text organization etc where the teacher can work with the whole class. Teacher needs to engage the whole class while working with them in this arrangement and for this teacher must move round. Orderly row is best suited for medium to large classrooms.

As per the definition that doesn't state a specific order, I would translate the term to either (صفوف متوازية), which I don't recommend because it is too specific, or (صفوف منتظمة/منظمة), which cover multiple explanations as the English term does.

It is worth noting that the translation in my last link is for a completely different industry. You are welcome.
Note from asker:
I couldn't find a link while searching for this term. A translation without explanation is a mere suggestion 😀
I don't think it's an easy term since there must be a standard translation as it's clear in your last link. Thank you for your help
You're right. The link is irrelevant. I have searched for "orderly rows", and it doesn't relate to the text provided here. Anyway, I appreciate your efforts.
