Italian term

Per alligazione

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Articles of association
Hi all, I have this two-word phrase at the end of a company's articles of association. I've found the chemical meaning of 'alligazione' but don't know what it means here. It is completely on its own after the last 'articolo' so no other context.
Many thanks

Yes That's nice and vague.
Christine Birch (asker) Oct 7, 2020:
Thank you, Maria and Phil. I will use 'Document to be attached'.
Marco Solinas Oct 7, 2020:
To Phil The "Atto costitutivo" is the Deed of incorporation, a legal deed that creates the company. The Statuto" is the Bylaws or Articles of incorporation, which set out the governance of the company; the Statuto is normally attached to or incorporated into the "Atto costitutivo"

Could be But aren't "statuto" and "atto costitutivo" different names for the same thing, just as "articles of association" and "deed of incorporation" are synonyms?
Marco Solinas Oct 7, 2020:
To Asker I did some research that leads me to conclude that the phrase seems to be used at the end of the "Statuto" (Bylaws or articles of incorporation (or association)). These Bylaws are then attached to the "Atto costitutivo" (Deed of incorporation (or association)). I think that the phrase means that the "Statuto" is to serve as an attachment of the "Atto cotitutivo".

Hello Christine. It seems to me it's a typo... Should be Per allegazione.

We've had this before, though the wrong answer was chosen and doesn't make sense. Adrian's answer may be correct, I'm not sure.

It means "attachment", not "allegation".
