Unbilled payables - Interco - Services
FNP = Factures non parvenues, so your database's "unbilled payables" is OK. It refers to an goods or services that you have received, but for which the bill hasn't been received yet. For cut-off reasons, you need to make an accrual for the relevant amount in your accounts.
e.g.

Based on what you've described, I see no reason why it shouldn't be "intercompany", i.e. relating to transactions with other companies in the same group. It is OK abbreviate to "Interco" in English, if space is lacking - accountants will know what it means.

I don't seem to be able to re-edit this entry to get rid of the typo

They are unbilled at the year end. That is why they are called "unbilled". You are right about the rest.

What is the difference between accounts payable and accrued expenses payable?
Definition of Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable is a liability account in which suppliers' or vendors' approved invoices are recorded. As a result, the balance in Accounts Payable should be a precise amount.
Definition of Accrued Expenses Payable
Accrued Expenses Payable is a liability account that records amounts that are owed, but the vendors' invoices have not yet been received and/or have not yet been recorded in Accounts Payable as of the end of the accounting period. The amounts in this account are usually recorded with accrual adjusting entries made at the end of the accounting period.
Examples of Accrued Expenses Payable
In addition to the amounts associated with vendors' invoices, accrued expenses may also include wages, interest, utilities, and other expenses that were incurred and owed, but not yet recorded in the general ledger accounts. Some of the amounts recorded in Accrued Expenses Payable may be estimated amounts that should supported by reasonable and documented calculations..

: As your examples make clear, invoice accruals are only one type of accrued expense. So this suggestion isn't wrong, but it also isn't precise.

Unbilled payables are NOT accrued expenses payable. You should have read the definition of FNP in French first before translating.
