I have had second thoughts on this term, and believe that you should ask your client. You said it was a US university, and both "international studies" and "institutional studies" is not beyond the realm of possibilities, IMO. My doubt is whether "INST." does mean "International (IN) Studies (ST)" which is what your heading says as other links in this very same question by other proposers have "INTS" which is what confuses me!

I have had second thoughts on this term, and believe that you should ask your client. You said it was a US university, and both "international studies" and "institutional studies" is not beyond the realm of possibilities, IMO.
