• 1st mission – Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory:
o valuation and risk analysis of new projects (including financial modelling)
o structuring and execution of M&A and project financing transactions
• 2nd mission – Investor Relations:
o relationship development and management with a wide variety of targeted institutional investors and equity research analysts
o preparation and participation in building internal understanding of equity investor perspectives, through regular board and management reporting and dialogue
• 3rd mission – Financial Planning and Analysis
o group-wide review of:
 allocation by activity for key financial indicators (P&L, capex, value creation)
 non-organic impacts on the P&L
 key operational performance indicators
o preparation of year-end and quarterly FP&A presentations to the CFO
