: askers are supposed to research before posting, including check the glossary. I'm not particularly convinced by that Kudoz ref.

: J'en doute. jurisdiction = compétence; ici, on semble dire que la cour n'a pu connaître pleinement de l'affaire.

: 1 *inherent* jurisdiction vs. 2 ratione loci or 3 ratione materiae - a practical point also lost on Bridge's Council of Europe FRE/ENG long-winded glossary entry: 'extent of the jurisdiction of the court to d/w the various aspects of a case.'

: I have doubts about this one. I'm wondering if it can be read as "prendre connaissance de".

power off knowledge
Knowledge is also wisdom.
'Certain facts are retained or withheld, but in sight of the court's limited knowledge on the issue ...'
Perhaps it withholds jurisprudence or judgement on the issue because of a lack of factual information.

La réponse serait:
'Power of knowledge'

"la Sentence' is either
'the sentence' or 'the award'.
I suggest 'the adjudicating authority' instead of 'the award' or 'the sentence'.
"Certains faits retenus par la Sentence sont contestables."
"Certain facts retained by the adjudicating authority are questionable or disputable."
--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 17 hrs (2020-12-14 18:32:48 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------
There's no further information from the one who asked the question, and it only looks like the Tribunal has a limited authority on knowledge.
(C'est sans plus d'information sur le thème. Il paraît seulement que le Tribunal a une autorité limitée de connaissance.)

Example sentence:
'Certains faits sont retenus , mais au vue de la connaissance limitée de la cour sur le thème ...'
Peut-être la Cour retient de la jurisprudence ou du jugement sur le thème parce qu'il y a une manque d'information factuelle.

: Again, a basic dictionary translation which completely avoids the fact that this is a legal expression.

Discussion
It could mean that the court only has limited knowledge of whatever (e.g. the facts) but with "pouvoir" in there, does this refer to authority or to the ability to. I don't know yet.
