Overall, TEAEs in the study eye that occurred at a frequency of ≥3% participants exposed to ХХХХ comprised conjunctival haemorrhage (19.5% vs 12.9% for the sham combinations), eye pain (14.5% vs 12.9%), increased intraocular pressure (6.8% vs 2.9%), vitreous floaters (6.0% vs 2.9%), eye irritation (5.0% vs 4.1%), punctate keratitis (4.5% vs 2.9%), increased lacrimation (3.8% vs 1.8%), and ocular hyperaemia (3.0% vs 1.8%).
Severe TEAEs in the study eye have been reported for 4 (1.0%) participants exposed to ХХХХ vs 2 (1.2%) for the sham combinations.
