Mononuclear cell infiltrates in the ciliary body and/or vitreous body were noted across all groups, including controls, but were of higher severity in a single low dose and high dose animal, suggesting exacerbation by treatment of the test article. The affected low dose animal had more severe inflammation with an exudate in the vitreous body and anterior chamber (correlating macroscopically with a small eye) and complete retinal detachment.
