Při dnešní ko je v délce cca 10 mm nápadně zesílená ventrální stěna femoralis susp. s podílem nástěnné trombózy, ale žíla je v tomto úseku zcela volně průchodná.
Lehce zesílená i dorzální stěna v. femoralis.
