Net income tax
First thing sprang to mind, and Google agrees.
The Investopedia definition calls it "net of tax".
"In general, 'net of' refers to a value found after expenses have been accounted for. Therefore, the net of tax is simply the amount left after taxes have been subtracted."
So it means Income Tax (net of tax credits) , but that is rather long, so Net income tax is the heading I normally use.
Cf. "gross income tax"

net taxable income tax
I found a link to the PDF version of the form [https://www.dian.gov.co/atencionciudadano/formulariosinstruc...]. The box in question corresponds to 83 - 84 (or Total impuesto sobre las rentas líquidas gravables minus Descuentos tributarios), which is net taxable income tax.

In the 2020 form it is 83 - 84. In the 2016 form it is 69-70=71

I need to drop 'tax' at the end of the term, so the term is net taxable income.

Example sentence:
There are also other earnings, depending on certain conditions established by legislation, which can be considered as partially tax exempt.
