Estoy traduciendo unos informes médicos de un niño de 6 meses de edad que tiene mano hendida.

"Mano izquierda: duplicación del pulgar con ausencia de los dedos medio y anular más hendidura central de la mano. Se evidencia en miembros inferiores dentro de los límites normales. En ambos miembros superiores e inferiores, se evidencian **dedos móviles**, sensibilidad conservada, fuerza muscular: 5/5."

Hasta ahora tengo:

"Left hand: Thumb duplication, middle and ring fingers missing, central cleft hand. Lower limbs within normal limits. In both upper and lower limbs, there is evidence of moving fingers, normal sensation and muscle strength of 5/5."

Pensaría que "mobile fingers", pero al buscar la expresión solo encuentro información sobre teléfonos celulares y no referencias médicas. Se me ocurre "infant is able to move fingers".

Explanation:
Por lo que he visto en Oxford collocations y varios resultados en Google, se suele hablar movement y moveable/movable, pero también de "mobile fingers", en efecto. Comparando, veo que son términos básicamente sinónimos.

Sin embargo, tu opción me parece perfectamente válida también.

  -> You're right, Liz. As Cecilia, I was focusing on the hands only. Silly me. So the original English text would be wrong then by not mentioning toes as well. I'd say then a proper translation would be "mobile digits".

En realidad no se habla mucho de la mobilidad de los dedos, sino más bien de la funcionalidad de la mano.
Pero "mobile fingers" es mucho más adecuado que "moveable".
