bin da gerade drüber gestolpert, weil ich sowohl "exchange of the transfer" als auch "transfer of land in relation to the Property" irgendwie als doppelt gemoppelt empfinde; oder mir erschließt sich der tiefere Sinn nicht.
Wäre hier also für Formulierunsvorschläge und/oder geistreiche Kommentare sehr dankbar.
