I'm working on a Palestinian text and in this part, a woman is talking about how she has developed this peculiar obsession
of collecting pictures of dead children with their eyes open.
Does the phrase مُثلتْ فيها الغفلة mean they were caught unawares?
طوّقتْني أكثر، صور الوجوه التي رحلت بعيون مفتوحة، عيون مثُلتْ فيها الغفلة.
