Title of a section of a medical report from Venezuela, issued by a neurosurgeon to a male patient (79y) complaining of pain in the spine (lumbosacral region).

First is the Rx section where the doctor describes the patient's history and orders magnetic resonance imaging
"... se solicita estudio de neuroimagen RESONANCIA MAGNETICA DE COLUMNA LUMBOSACRA que evidencia:
- Discopatía degenerativa multisegmentaria
- Hernia discal L5-S1 foraminal (...)"
this is followed by the heading "Indicaciones" and then the title "Planeamiento de Resolución", under which the text reads:
"En visto de no presentar mejoría en su evolución postoperatoria se recomienda desde el punto de vista de neurocirugía realizar estudios neurofisiológicos con altos estándares de sensibilidad y simultáneamente acudir a centro de fisiatria especializado para recuperación de lesiones neuronales crónicas."

I can't find any more examples of this in this context and can't come up with anything other than "proposal/recommendation for resolution".

Any ideas?
