Olá colegas,
gostaria de ajuda com esse termo, pois não encontrei uma solução simples, se trata de fusão de empresas como podem observar pelo trecho, e acredito que sociedade sobrevivente não fica muito legal, sociedade resultante também não é possível pois já estou usando no texto, pois em alguns trechos aparece
