7. Independence, Conflicts of Interest and Ethics

Subcontractor represents and warrants that it is independent within the meaning of the laws, regulations, and standards applicable to COM, based on the documentation provided by COMPANY for this purpose.
In particular, the Subcontractor represents, for itself and the execution personnel provided for under the performance of the Contract, be free of any external link of a personal, professional or financial nature relating to the Beneficiary, which could be interpreted as constituting an obstacle to their integrity or objectivity;
