Law/Patents - Law (general)
Russian term or phrase: кредит
Из устава:

заключать с физическими и юридическими лицами, в т.ч. с государственными органами, всякого рода сделки, контракты, договоры консигнации, а также бартерные и компенсационные соглашения, совершать другие юридические акты, включая, но не ограничиваясь этим, куплю и продажу, сдачу в в аренду и наем, получение лицензий, кредит, выдачу гарантий, обмен валюты, поручительство, представительство, наем рабочей силы, перевозку, хранение и строительство;

...

Вот так просто "кредит"? А что "кредит"? issuing (obtaining) credits and loans или просто lending?

В предыдущем пункте было "получать займы и кредиты на условиях и в валюте, которые Общество сочтет целесообразными"...

credit

Explanation:
While a loan provides all the money requested in one go at the time it is issued, in the case of a credit, the bank provides the customer with an amount of money, which can be used as required, using the entire amount borrowed, part of it or none at all.

Loan vs. Line of Credit: An Overview
A loan and line of credit are two different ways that businesses and individuals can borrow from lenders. Loans have what's called a non-revolving credit limit, which means the borrower only has access to the amount loaned once, and they subsequently make principal and interest payments until the debt is paid off.

A line of credit, on the other hand, works differently. The borrower receives a set credit limit—just like with a credit card—and makes regular payments composed of both a principal and interest portion to pay it off. But unlike a loan, the borrower has continuous and repeated access to the line of credit while it is active.1

Approval for both loans and lines of credit (also referred to as credit lines) are dependent on a borrower's credit rating and financial history, along with their relationship with the lender.
