Japanese term

基盤搭載品はスポット品も枯渇しハードアロケーションの状態

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Context:
基盤搭載品はスポット品も枯渇しハードアロケーションの状態である

Components installed in PWBs are in the hard allocation status with stocks of one-off production items running out.

スポット品: products for one-off order
ハードアロケーション: fully booked

This sentence is about the tightness in supply chains. I am not sure how those katakanas should be translated.

Thank you for your help in advance.

ハードアロケーション=在庫配分 (stock/inentory allocation)

From my career experience as a product manager at Dell, here is how I would translate.

ハードアロケーション means 在庫配分 (stock/inentory allocation) but not quite "fully booked"

As for components installed in PWBs, products for one-off order are depleted and they are in the inventory allocation status.
Example sentence:

ハードアロケーション(在庫配分)
