I would use either عشوائي or واغل depending on who's going to read it. I will use واغل in formal texts and عشوائي in less formal texts.

بالعامية رسائل زبالة/حثالات بريدية/قمامة بريدية
بلغة سوقية اكثر: غثاء بريدي/استفراغ بريدي/تقيأ بريدي
ألا نرسل بريداً واغلاً (عشوائياً) إلى صندوق بريدك الوارد.
