direct damage Explanation: This may seem very similar to Alison's answer, but "damages" implies compensation awarded by a court, as she herself says. That's not what is meant here. I think all the previous answers have misunderstood the context. "Danni" simply means adverse consequences. The previous paragraph talks about reputational damage, and this one says that breaches of copyright may also result in litigation. |
