This is in a Resolution from Argentina relating to gambling. For translation to British English.
In a section on identification of the participants in an on-line gambling platform
El operador deberá garantizar la identidad del participante utilizando uno de los procedimientos que a continuación se detalle:
a) El operador podrá contar con un servicio de identificación de los datos de los participantes suficiente para determinar la veracidad del registro...
b) Cuando la verificación a la que hace referencia el punto a) no puede cumplirse el operador utilizará el procedimiento de identificación manual, pudiendo validar los datos de los participantes a través de la ***presentación de un servicio" a su nombre demostrando domicilio dentro de la provincia de Sante Fe.
It seems fairly clear to me that 'servicio' means a utility bill but I'd be grateful if someone from Argentina could confirm that 'servicio' is used with this meaning. TIA.
