I'm translating short segments of text for a wellness app, and came across a heading for a section called "coup de pouce". This app offers a variety of programs using guided relaxation/meditation/hypnosis to deal with issues ranging from sleep to stress to smoking to over-eating, etc.

In a meditation app I have called "10% happier," they make a distinction between courses (a sequential order that you need to follow with text and video), and stand-alone meditations they call "singles". In the app I'm translating, there is a similar distinction, with programs to follow in a specific order for a particular theme, where you can't unlock the next item until you've completed the first. The "coup de pouce" are similar to my other app's "singles" in that you can access them without going through a particular program, but the client really wants to keep the notion of help/support/encouragement inherent in "coup de pouce". There are also a few other stand-alone sections called "sessions" and "sphères", another reason why singles won't work.

There seems to be a bit of overlap between the sections mentioned above, but the idea behind the "coup de pouce" is that once you've completed a specific program (let's say, Improving your sleep), you can just go back to the "coup de pouce" section to find some exercises, meditations, relaxations etc. that you liked to help you maintain your progress. A previous translator who worked on some audio scripts used the term Nudge, which I must admit I don't love.

We talked about the possibility of using "booster" or "mini-booster", which feels like an improvement on nudge, but I'm not completely satisfied.

Would love any inspired suggestions!

I'm using US spelling, but something fairly universal is best since it's not country-specific.
