Guardianship Explanation: In Spain, the word "tutor" means guardian, as in the legal guardian of an underage child. It has nothing to do with tuition or education, but with the legal custody or guardianship of a child. "Cuidados tuitivos" refers to the legal protection provided by a guardian. I think guardianship is the word that best conveys the meaning in English. |
