Ordinarily I would say "urology department" or just "urology" but not sure how best to refer to subdivisions here. Urology Division?

In 1977, he became a professor and head of the Department of Urology at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at “Laiko” Hospital. Between 1989 and 1997, Dimopoulos was director of the surgical division and president of the medical school (he was elected three times).

neutral  Adrian MM.: Division is corporate-speak. There is no indication that the asker is after US AmE (New Mexico). Clinic or hospital division is non-standard, e.g.in BrE and OzE. A simply incorrect assumption. It is you who ought to do your research first before posting.

Asker: I didn't specify US vs UK in my question (my error) but as I am using UK English, I think Urology Unit is the best fit in my case. Think I've also seen it used in other articles from Spanish universities & hospitals, too.
