"Llévese la presente resolución original a la pieza separada abierta a tal efecto; la cual tendrá carácter secreto, siendo solamente accesible al Ministerio Fiscal."

This sentence appears at the end of a court order granting permission for sound recording equipment to be used in a jail.

I'm confused about the "pieza separada abierta." I understand the second half of the sentence- that the ruling is sealed and can only be seen by the prosecution service. But hoping for some help with the first half of the sentence
