It's not carried forward from a previous page, is it? Otherwise I can't imagine what it is.
I would suggest "The Irish Police" for An Garda Siochana. The ideal solution, if space allows, would be to put one or the other between brackets, if not, just "The Irish Police". After all, we call the Army "The Irish Army", although its proper name is "Óglach na hÉireann".
