How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Eu pesquisei o termo e encontrei essas duas fontes:

Ambas usam o termo como “prestoration”, no sentido de “restauração”, mas, de acordo com o trecho que você postou, acredito que faça sentido utilizar “pré-restauração”, já que passa a ideia de que o meio ambiente está antevendo e se preparando/adaptando para as mudanças futuras.
Se eu estiver errada, me corrijam. :-)

Para fazer a mesma coisa, precisamos usar localização e transcriação, ou seja, usar "prestautração".

Inês, não é neologismo em inglês nem em português. É uma palavra inventada pelo autor. É preciso transcriar. Você não vai encontrar "prestauranção" em português, assim como não vai encontrar "prestauration" em inglês.
