Z LP Incentive Unit Plan
The LP hereby grants to the Participant an Award (the “Award”) of Incentive Units (the
“Incentive Units”) on the terms and conditions as set forth in this Award Agreement and in the
LP’s Incentive Unit Plan (the “Plan”).
In accordance with this Award, and as a condition thereto, the LP and the Participant
agree as follows:

Threshold, the number of Incentive Units subject to this Award, the number of Time-Vesting

Bei Eintritt der Unverfallbarkeit der Prämie (‚Unverfallbarkeitsdatum‘) wird für jede Einheit eines beschränkten Aktienerwerbsrechts (Restricted Stock Unit), die an jenem Datum unverfallbar wird, eine Stammaktie zuteilungsreif (insgesamt die ‚Aktien‘), sofern die Bedingungen des Plans und dieser Vereinbarung erfüllt sind.“

Share-based payment awards
30. The acquirer shall measure a liability or an equity instrument related to the replacement of an acquiree’s share-based payment awards with share-based payment awards of the acquirer in accordance with the method in IFRS 2 Share-based Payment. (This IFRS refers to the result of that method as the ‘market-based measure’ of the award.)

: Ich würde hier auch eher an Zuteilung denken, allerdings überschneidet sich diese Bedeutung m. E. mit "grant".
