Non-PRO Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Leasing Agreement

Ambient or atmospheric music

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (2): Toni Castano, AllegroTrans

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Joshua, your query is a clear example of a PRO question. I believe you should change its status to "PRO" (don´t know if this is possible).
Jennifer Levey Jul 9, 2023:
@Asker Seeing that your ST refers to ambientación and sonorización as two different things, I suggest you ask a separate question to clarify the difference between them, and the appropriate terms in English.

"reglamento de giros y espectáculos" ("actvities and events regulations") is the municipal legislation/local bye-law on the regulation of noise
Peer comment(s):

agree Jennifer Levey : Correct - nothing to do with business activities.

disagree Paul Ryan : it is about noise but this shows that it is about the operation of shops etc: http://www.ordenjuridico.gob.mx/Documentos/Eliminados/wo3542...

OK but that doesn't invalidate "activities"; I would be interested to know your own suggestion
agree Toni Castano : Giro mercantil: Permitted commercial activity. The previous disagree is nonsensical. // See please my additional note above.

I have picked up on the specific shops idea, though surmise that that lines of trade in both ProZ weblinks is too general.

Anyway, the Mexican non~draft or bill of exchange link ought to be spelled or spelt out in the question. I always thought that giro was shorthand for the Spanish term of "en > el giro de negocio" > in > the course of trade, hence my
