From a Spanish hospital medical report on a patient suffering from AMI, in the description of the examination, the following phrases appear:
Se realiza arteriografia emergente que muestra EAC TC distal. EAC is coronary artery disease (CAD) but i'm not sure what the TC is.

: No tiene sentido. El primer enlace de abe(L) no habla del tronco coronario (LMCA) sino de las ramas principales de los troncos izquierdo y derecho y de sus posteriores ramificaciones. El 2° explica (en español) qué es el TC (left main CA/Trunk/Stem).

Especially with the coronaries. In the Wikipedia article, you can see the left coronary artery before is branches into the anterior interventricular (left anterior descending) and circumflex.
