Notification Explanation: In all three paragraphs I think notification would fit as a generic translation : Paragraph 3: "The notification must be made in writing, through the means of communication identified by the employee, within a time frame o at least 5 calendar days prior to the date on which services are to be provided, except in exceptional circumstances, where the company shall give the employee's legal representatives advance notice, which must be subsequently justified with valid reasons". |
