Preferably, die Reifeprüfung throughout the German-speaking world is not to be confused with *die mittlere Reife* in DEU (approx. equivalent to O-Level or GCSE age of 15 or 16) and non-existent in Vienna.

Otherwise note: das Abitur in DEU and LUX is roughly equivalent to die Matura in AT, CH & LIE, besides which eine Grundschule in DEU (and at the Deutsche Schule abroad e.g. Petersham nr. Richmond-upon-Thames) is called Volkschule in AT, except for pockets of private Grundschule schooling e.g. in Vorarlberg & Burgenland and other spots I can't quite recall.... ).
