"Term SOFR Rate" means the applicable Term SOFR Screen Rate on the date which is two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of the Interest Period of the applicable Trade Loan, provided that if the Term SOFR Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an "Impacted Period"), then the Term SOFR Rate shall be the Interpolated Term SOFR Rate;
