franja 2

Bank, doesn't refer to a bank, but to be in a bank, like waiting, in a personnel bank, like someone waiting in case someone needs him. So, it could be "auxiliar", or "de reserva". "Band" translates as "nivel" or "grupo salarial" and refers to the salary or grade level within the NHS (National Health Service) pay band system. Each pay level has a specific pay range and is associated with particular roles and responsibilities. For example, Level 2, Level 5, etc.
