English Classes (Classes of / for English language)

I am not sure about the work yagal...
But based on the context, I would say the following:
If you are interested in improving your English (skills), then, NEC college is starting English classes. Please inquire at the address below for all the (more?) information.

Mahiti: Information
Sathi: For
Sarva: All (This should have been "Adhik" to be accurate)
Khalil: Below
Chaukashi: Inquiry
Angrezi: English
Shuru: Start

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Many thanks to both of you. Both answers are almost same and I have to take this difficult decision of awarding the points to only one. Unfortunately, cannot split the points. Many thanks!"

English classes

Should be angrezi che classes ( the "che" here is actually the same as the postposition "ke" in Hindi - angrezi ke klasses)
aapla - your /aapaN - you
asel - future tense of "to be"
tar - then
sarva - all
maahitii - information
caukshi - inquiry
caukshi karavi - should inquire
The whole thing means something like " if you (want to) attend English, then the English classes at the NEC COllege are about to start. For all information you should enquire at ..."
I have some problem identifying the words apatyala, sath, khalil, patyavar: if you could please transliterate exactly the short/long vowels, and dental/cerebral "t/th". E.g. is it sath, saath, saaTH (retroflex TH),saat, saaT (again retroflex), khalil, khaalil, khaaliil etc?
