Ich weiss nicht so ganz, aber ich denke, es geht um Verbindlichkeiten, die für und durch das Unternehmen gewährt werden. :-)

So meine ich das. Meine Unischerheit war eher auf das Deutsch meines Vorschlages bezogen - ich wollte es irgendwie kurz halten (wie im Urtext). Im Deutschen würde man wahrscheinlich in der Tat "..., die dem Unternehmen usw." verwenden. Danke! :-)
