Japanese term

に恵まれる

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
This is from a business text describing different aspects of golf courses.

Context 1:
都心から約1時間半と交通アクセスが良く、立地条件に恵まれ、自然の地形を巧みに生かしたコース

Context 2:
東北自動車道 栃木ICや、栃木駅から20分程度の距離にあり、交通アクセスに恵まれる。

I originally was going to say "blessed with a convenient location," and "blessed with accessibility to public transportation," but the word "blessed" doesn't really fit the tone of the document... it sounds like you're thanking God that you were lucky enough to have a convenient location, etc., which is not really the case here. However, I don't want to cop out and just put "very." Does anyone have some way to say this that still keeps the idea of the word 恵まれる, but would fit a business context?

Thanks in advance.

have the advantage of

As you are aware this is nothing to do with "blessing" as this is largely used under the context of Christian religion as "God bless America". In a Japanese business context "advantage" is close, and possibly closest to what the Japanese expression is connoting.

(conveniently/easily)

If it's a business text, then, I would just take it out and say something like 'conveniently located' and 'easily accessible'. Personally, I don't think that is considered copping out. It's just the way things are said in English.

enjoys

I have most frequently seen this boiled down to simply 'enjoys a favorable location. ' or 'enjoys favorable access'.

Peer comment(s):

agree KathyT : This is a very natural way to render the above in English.

blessed with

This is it!
Peer comment(s):

disagree humbird : There is no religious tone in this context. It simply does not apply.

endowed with

"endowed with " might be used
Peer comment(s):

disagree humbird : I am afraid this sounds too off the base from original Japanese expression.
