I just read about "referrer spam" on this website http://www.internet-search-engines-faq.com/referrer-spam.sht... and can say with certainty that "referrer spam" is NOT about mail, thus the word بريد shouldn't be used here. I just made up this expression الإحالات العشوائية based on my understanding of the term (it is quite complicated IMO). Someone might come up with something better though.

So basically, as far as I understand it, it is this: If I have a website, I may have a log showing me from which webpages my visitors were referred to me. Of course, I will then be interested in visiting these sites which supposedly have links to my site, only to discover that this was \"referrer spam\", that there is no actual referrer, but that I was just lured to visit that site.
