Non-PRO English to French Other Law: Contract(s)

1.2. “Company Inventions” means all Inventions that: (a) relate to the business or proposed business of the Company and that are discovered, developed, created, conceived, reduced to practice, made, learned or written by Contractor, either alone or jointly with others, in the course of Contractor’s Service; (b) utilize, incorporate or otherwise relate to Proprietary Information; (c) Contractor discovered, developed, created, conceived, reduced to practice, made, or wrote prior to or outside the scope of Contractor’s Service and that are incorporated into any Inventions owned by or assigned to the Company and/or its assigns; or (d) are discovered, developed, created, conceived, reduced to practice, made, or written by Contractor using Company property or equipment.
