If after a product is sold, some quality problem is found by the customer, he or she can go the store to have it replaced with a another new one.
Is the "have it replaced" in the above sentence correct? Are there any better expression?

correct
to have it replaced is correct. What is not is "with a another new one" it should be "for a new one"
