و الزوج **** تزوج على بركة ألله و سنة رسوله للآنسة ***** على مهر قدره عشرون دينارا بالحلول على الزوج كالبناء، و تم فحصهما قصد الزواج حسب شهادتين طبيتين مسلمتين بتاريخ.........عقدا زوجهما باتفاق بينهما و عن تراض منهما بمحضر الشاهدين الرشيدين السيط **** و *****، المصرحين بأنّ كُلاً من الزوجين في حل من جميع الروابط الزوجية، خُلو من موانع الزواج الشريعة و القانونية، كما صرّح الزوجان بكلّ ذلك أيضاً، و بتذكيرهما بأحكام الفصلين الأول و الثاني من القانون عدد 94 لسنة 1998 ، المؤرخ في 09 نوفمبر 1998، المتعلق بنظام الأملاك الزوجية، اختار الزوجان نظام الفصل في الأملاك الزوجية، و تم العقد بينهما و انبره إثر الإيجاب و القبول و قراءة فتحة الكتاب

Thanks, Yassine! I am not worried about the exact wording, I just have no idea what they are talking about. Do you think that is what they are talking about, i.e. that the dowry is due upon consumamaion of the marriage?

الحلول is mostly translated into the consummation of marriage. And بالحلول على means it's time to be paid
