This is a job title on a short document from Iraq. The doctor is described as a "طبيب مقيم دوري"...some kind of resident doctor, but what does دوري mean here?

تدرج في المناصب العلمية والعربية والعالمية من "طبيب مقيم " دوري إلى طبيب عام إلى مقيم أقدم في الطب النفسي والأمراض العصبية إلى طبيب ممارس في الطب النفسي والأمراض العصبية. ثم طبيب متدرب في الأمراض العصبية في مستشفى الأمراض النفسية في لندن.
