This restaurant has no English Name. They are in China. They are trying to apply for visa to go to New Zealand. Therefore, what you are saying is not applicable here.

I would check to see if there is an English name connected to 湘鄂情. From my observation, the name of Chinese restaurants overseas typically have two names, one in Chinese and one in English, and often times, the English name does not reflect the meaning in Chinese. For the immigration purposes, you need to do the homework to get the real business name so the immigration officers can trace it using English name.

Agree with Sharon on emotional bondage :) I have never seen a name of a restaurant with such a long name "xxx and xxx Styled Cuisine Restaurant". I have seen e.g. Peninsula Lebanese Restaurant. People will know it's Middle East Lebanon style. You don't have to put "xxx styled cuisine" which is repetitive.

I guess you ought to think along the line of marketing rather than direct translation.

Have you done marketing translation before?

I have already followed the advice of bruce guo, using very simple explanatory term, which is Hunan and Hubei Styled Cuisine Restaurant. Whether or not the term "emotional bondage" has negative connotation? I am going to double check later. Thanks any ways.!
