lifespan

shelf life

If I understand right, we ARE talking about chemicals, i.e. kvarljiva roba, not equipment. Not disputing the other suggestions, but i quite like "shelf life".

In the second link, there is an interesting distinction made between "shelf life" and expiration date, so careful!
Peer comment(s):

disagree Kornelija Karalic : It's not about chemicals, it's about equipment filled with chemicals.
